We're seven months away from the next poet challenge, and five months away from our poet announcement, so I thought this was a good time to ask the question that's been burning in my mind:

What poets would you like to see featured in the future?

I've been going off a list of my favorite poets, but I know I've missed some popular poets and even more obscure poets, so this is your chance to tell me who you love! Tell me all about the poets who've touched you and who you would like to see on a future challenge!

Richard Siken and Ilya Kaminsky are the ones that come to mind! Siken is very popular amongst the Gay Tumblr sphere, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's been recommended before!

My personal favorite poets are Sappho, Stephen Crane, and Kobayashi Issa.
