A mini-challenge would be awesome--like w/minimum lengths of a drabble or whatever. Either where you assign us snippets, as last time, or... what about a commentfic sort of thing, where people can leave snippets of poetry that they choose & others can pick them up as prompts? Might be easier for you as a mod to run, but also super fun too!
(I say that as someone who still hasn't finished my fic, though. ;_; Long amnesty periods are both a blessing & a curse, I think!)
